Klaus Martin Schwab (Ravensburg, Baden-Wurtemberg, 30 de marzo de 1938) es un economista y empresario alemán, conocido principalmente por ser el Presidente Ejecutivo del Foro Económico Mundial, organización fundada por él mismo.
Klaus Martin Schwab (German: [klaʊs ˈmaʁtiːn ʃvaːp]; born 30 March 1938) is a German mechanical engineer, economist, and founder of the World Economic Forum (WEF). He has acted as the WEF's chairman since founding the organisation in 1971.
Klaus Schwab is a Swiss engineer, economist and author who founded the World Economic Forum in 1971. He is also the co-founder of the Schwab Foundation for Social Entrepreneurship and the Forum of Young Global Leaders, and a pioneer of the multistakeholder approach and the fourth industrial revolution.
