Beyond providing balanced meals, JBJ Soul Kitchen aims to educate the public about food insecurity and poverty issues. When customers visit the restaurant, they are encouraged to become aware of the challenges faced by those in need and to get involved in the fight against hunger.

24 de nov. de 2019 · Jon Bon Jovi and his wife Dorothea co-founded the JBJ Soul Kitchens, where no one is ever turned away. The restaurants serve farm-to-table meals with donations, and will soon open a new one at Rutgers University.
