During natural delivery, your sim will arrive at the hospital and their water will break, they will then go into early labor and they can stay at the hospital for up to two days. they will get a total of 3 moodlets during their stay.

This interaction can be performed by sims who do not “hate children” ( or do not have unwanted sibling or grandchildren using RPO).
