Pendulum is the sixth studio album by American rock band Creedence Clearwater Revival, released by Fantasy Records on December 9, 1970. It was the second studio album the band released that year, arriving five months after Cosmo's Factory .

Pendulum is the fifth studio album by the American rock band Creedence Clearwater Revival, released in 1970. It features the hit singles \"Have You Ever Seen the Rain\" and \"Sweet Hitch-Hiker\", as well as the country-rock anthem \"Lookin' Out My Back Door\".
Not only was Pendulum a critical success, but it also spawned two global Top Ten hits: the reflective “Have You Ever Seen the Rain” and the upbeat “Hey Tonight.” The singles, released as a double A-side in 1971, peaked at No.8 on the Billboard Hot 100.
Pendulum nos suena a Creedence, pero con un sonido mucho más depurado, con una presencia fortísima de la base rítmica (tanto Stu como Doug están espléndidos) y con la incorporación de teclados y vientos que, lejos de desentonar, refuerzan la compactación de todos los sonidos.
