The first Megazord used by the Power Rangers as seen in Birds of a Feather. In the universe of Power Rangers the Zords are colossal (bio-)mechanical robots. Some are sentient while others are just piloted machines.
A Megazord is a main formation of Zords locked together, typically as a humanoid battle robot. At first Megazords were combination of all main team Rangers personal Zords. But since Power Rangers in Space, Megazords may transform into humanoid form from only one Zord, or from multiple components which don't belong to one Ranger in particular.
