El warden es una criatura hostil que es invocada por chilladores de sculk. Son criaturas completamente ciegas, y por ende utilizan las vibraciones y su sentido del olfato para identificar y ubicar jugadores y otras criaturas. Son extremadamente poderosos, y tienen la mayor cantidad de daño y salud de cualquier criatura del juego. Sumario.
It’s called the... deep dark (!!), and it’s guarded by our mob of the month – the warden. Wardens have been sighted – and heard – in the deep dark ever since Mojang Studios' top geologists first announced their discovery of the biome during Minecraft Live 2021.
In Minecraft, the Warden is found in the Deep Dark biome and is awakened by sculk shriekers. When a sculk shrieker is activated three times with a light level of 11 or lower ( and another Warden is not within 48 blocks ), the Warden will spawn and dig up out of the ground.

En lugar de seguir al jugador normalmente, utiliza los sensores de sculk de su cabeza para detectar vibraciones. En la revelación del Alcaide se mostró que éste se verá atraído por los proyectiles que hagan ruido.
