Susanna Hall (née Shakespeare; baptised 26 May 1583 – 11 July 1649) was the oldest child of William Shakespeare and Anne Hathaway and the older sister of twins Judith and Hamnet Shakespeare. Susanna married John Hall, a local physician, in 1607. They had one daughter, Elizabeth, in 1608.
Susanna Hall, William’s Daughter. Susanna Hall (nee Shakespeare) was the elder of Shakespeare’s two daughters. She was baptised on 26th May 1583 at Holy Trinity church in Stratford upon Avon and died on 11th July 1649. She married Dr John Hall in 1607. They had one child, Elizabeth.
William Shakespeare had three children with his wife, Anne (Hathaway). The couple’s first child was Susanna, born in May 1583, just six months after William and Anne got married. Susanna was christened on 26 May 1583. William and Anne then had twins – named Hamnet and Judith in January 1585.
Susanna married John Hall, a physician, at Holy Trinity Church on 5 June 1607. Their only child, Elizabeth, was born on 21 February 1608. It is believed that the family moved into their Stratford home Hall’s Croft as soon as it was built in 1613.

Susanna and John Hall were blessed with their only child, Elizabeth Hall, who was baptized on February 21, 1608. Since William Shakespeare's younger daughter, Judith Quiney, gave birth to her children after Shakespeare's death, Elizabeth was the only grandchild Shakespeare knew.
Susanna moved into John's home (Hall's Croft) and on February 21, 1608 gave birth to a baby girl. Shakespeare's granddaughter, Elizabeth Hall, was baptized at Holy Trinity Church in Stratford.
