Shaun Toub (en persa: شان طوب ; Teherán, 15 de febrero de 1958) es un actor de cine y televisión estadounidense de origen iraní, conocido por sus papeles como Farhad en la película Colisión (2004), como Rahim Khan en la película Cometas en el cielo y como Ho Yinsen en la película Iron Man.
El papel más conocido de Shaun Toub hasta la fecha es el de Yinsen, el mentor de Tony Stark en la película «Iron Man» de 2008. Su actuación en esta película de superhéroes de Marvel fue ampliamente elogiada y le abrió las puertas a una mayor visibilidad en el ámbito internacional.
