My only issue isn't with the story itself but the trailers and marketing that just kept showing Mondasian Cybermen and Simm's Master I typically try to not interact with the Doctor Who fandom (big fandoms tend to be pretty negative and that kind of sucks the joy out of everything) but after watching that finale I just had to see the reactions from other fans.
