I'm looking to play Royal Navy ships and am curious as to how surface combat is like in Cold Waters and its mods. Is it any good? Is it realistic? How is the AI like?
War Crimes in Cold Waters. So, while watching Jive Turkey a few weeks ago, he said that in his last video, he had sunk 2 surface ships that had returned to the spot he'd sunk a Kresta a few minutes before. He went on to say that in the comments, someone had called him out on that. Supposedly, ships picking up stranded seamen are not fair game.

Start wherever you installed Steam (probably C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam) and go to steamapps \ common \ Cold Waters \ ColdWaters_data \ StreamingAssets \ default \ campaign You'll see the waypoint chart image in that folder, open campaign folder 1 or 2 and look through waypoints_sea.txt to find out what all the abbreviated symbols mean.
