Up Holland High School is dedicated to excellence and prides itself on the excellent opportunities it offers to all students in order for them to develop and succeed. This is achieved by offering a broad and balanced curriculum that is delivered by high quality practitioners.
Grammar school. The college officially began life as Upholland Grammar School, which was founded in 1661, initially opened on School Lane, Up Holland. The grammar school later moved to the Ox House Heyes Estate on Oxhouse Road in 1878, now the present-day site of Up Holland High School.
UpHolland Grammar School Educational Foundation. The Foundation was established many years ago and aims to provide financial help to students of Winstanley College. To apply your family need to be able to show that they are on a low income.
Up Holland High School. Coordinates: 53.529°N 2.719°W. Up Holland High School is a coeducational secondary school located in Up Holland, Lancashire, England. It is a non-denominational comprehensive school.
Consistently ranked as one of the best sixth-forms in the country, Winstanley has captured Up Holland’s spirit of excellence, and embedded it into everything it does. Our new logo pays homage to our history, going back to our Up Holland roots and channelling it’s enormous spirit.
