Questions about sh4 endings. Spoilers. In the "mother" ending both Henry and Eileen survives, yet after the hospital scene we see room 302 in blood and rust like at the beginning from Joseph's pov. What's that ending supposed to mean?

so I finally beat SH1, got the bad ending after having to frustratingly look up how to beat the angel demon that is Cheryl (or half of her I suppose) using the no-more-bullets method. ( which only worked the second time around).
