At the family home, her proto-vlogger brother Koichi starts documenting strange occurrences happening at night. Spooky shenanigans ensue. In terms of scares, I found it a bit weak for most the run-time, so the movie felt a bit flat.

The demon is like an abusive, narcissistic ex. He destroyed Katie’s life, killed her mother, burned her house down, and then follows he stalks her from town to town, never leaving her alone.

Katie possessed/influenced Robbie with Toby after hurting his real mother to get to Hunter. The only flaw in the story is “why did Katie give up/lose Hunter in the first place”. 11 de jul. de 2023 · Paranormal Activity 2 (2010) - Felt like a rehash of the original. Similar scares but new setting. I appreciate the slow build of lore and connecting characters and making this series feel like it's building towards something oppose to a pure anthology, though personally I think an anthology series would've served better.
5 de nov. de 2022 · MR_TELEVOID. •. Paranormal Activity is a one of the rare horror franchises where all of the entries feel more/less on par with one another. It's never really mind blowing, but it's never not kinda fun either. Mileage may vary depending on how much you enjoy found footage demon/ghost content.

I think it was implied to be Tobi's true name in case the movie failed they could keep it a bit ambiguous as a reboot. The next one is supposed to bring back Katie allegedly. All I want is some answers instead of more setup. 10.
