Siridar - Baron Vladimir Harkonnen (/ˈhɑːrkənən/) ( 10110 AG - December 10193 AG) was the penultimate ruler of House Harkonnen, and the chief architect of the demise of Duke Leto Atreides of House Atreides during the latter part of the reign of Shaddam Corrino IV.
The Harkonnens were the historical enemies of House Atreides of Caladan, with whom they maintained an ancient feud since the Battle of Corrin. They also came to be recognised for their underhanded and sinister political tactics, fueled by ambition, malevolence, hatred and brutality.
