Prokuplje (Serbian Cyrillic: Прокупље, pronounced) is a city and the administrative center of the Toplica District in southern Serbia. As of 2022 census, the municipality has a population of 38,054 inhabitants. Prokuplje is one of the Roman sites of Serbia.

Prokuplje je gradsko naselje u Srbiji i sedište istoimenog grada i Topličkog okruga. Prema popisu iz 2022. bilo je 24.627 stanovnika. Prokuplje je dobilo status grada u junu 2018.
