Mark "Moogy" Klingman (September 7, 1950 – November 15, 2011) was an American musician and songwriter. He was a founding member of Todd Rundgren's band, Todd Rundgren's Utopia, and later became a solo recording artist, bandleader and songwriter.

Mark "Moogy" Klingman fue el teclista de la primera época y más progresiva de Utopía, la de los dos primeros discos. Hizo tan sólo dos trabajos en solitario, uno en 1972, y éste "II" que rescatamos del 78.
Rundgren no suena como Houston, pero es una voz femenina ordenada del mago y la verdadera estrella. La portada interior tiene una foto del joven Mark Klingman y toda la letra, con la banda recibiendo el apodo de Rhythm Kings, una línea de la última canción, "The Man at Ease".
Just 3 days after Moogy Klingman died, Utopia performed this reunion show so this is also a remembrance. Must have been tough.
