First step is to try a power reset. Disconnect all cable and press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Wait a few minutes after releasing the button and plug everything back in. Turn it on and see if it's working again.
Predator XB271H - White screen. I'm stuck with a white screen when plugged in through either DP cable or HDMI cable, computer still responds and shows the monitor as connected, and the monitor will flash to show that it is also connected, but the screen is white no matter what I do.
White Screen on Predator monitor. My monitor out of nowhere started displaying a blank white screen. I run a dual display and my second monitor was still functioning as normal. I tried switching the ports and also switching which monitor was being used as the main display, neither worked.
12 de jun. de 2022 · It shows a complete white screen and my main monitor (samsung g7) is on rma so.. I got no backups. What is the cause of this white issue? Currently no idea what to do outside seeing the 5 year warranty.
12 de dic. de 2017 · I got the laptop a few days ago, and I've had a good experience with it so far. It would have been a flawless experience if it were not for the screen. The first time I turned on the laptop I saw some bad looking bright spots that are specially noticeable at the top of the screen.

17 de nov. de 2021 · It stays white for about 30 seconds before the screen turns off. The power button is the only input it turns on to. I assume the osb is the round one right next to the power button and I can't see any change when it is pressed.
