1 de jul. de 2021 · Using a case study of a Ramsar Convention site of Nepal - Ghodaghodi Wetland area―this paper identifies ecosystem services of the wetland based on its perceived importance at local level, and assessed its use and non-use values through total economic valuation method.
Ghodaghodi is a natural freshwater oxbow lake on the lower slopes of Siwalik. It is a large and shallow lake, having finger-like projections, with associated marshs and meadows surrounded by tropical deciduous forest on the lower slopes of Siwalik range.
