By March 2019, Snyder stated that a cut of Justice League did exist and that it was WB's decision to release it. That November, an insider claimed WB was unlikely to release Snyder's cut, calling such hopes a "pipe dream". Snyder later confirmed by that December that his cut was approximately 214 minutes.
