On regular settings, gamma is an absolute resource hog. But if you turn off a bunch of the shaders and go on minimum settings, I guess you could do it with a gtx 1650 and a respectably aged i5/r5 CPU. 16gb DDR4 RAM is a must.

There are tons of how to's on that Discord channel, shit is updated, some of the instructions contradict each other and it's just too much. Just archive the version you have - that you play. Upload it somewhere, or create a torrent. And let people download it.
