This link explains how Fightcade's ranking system works. Long story short, the higher the rank of an opponent you beat, the easier it is to move up in rank (i.e. it will take fewer wins against A and S-ranked to move up than against D and E-ranked opponents).

From the values it must be the points of the point system, since the first on the list has 2002 (an absolute beast) and the rest stand at <1700 and so on. Also two players can have the same elo. Would be interesting to see if elo updates with every game on a ranked match and/or when the match ends. It's not the same a 5-1 that a 5-4.
