General Edward Edwardian (simply known as General Edward or Edward) is the main antagonist of the 2010 fantasy adventure comedy movie Gulliver's Travels, based on the 18th-century novel of the same name by Jonathan Swift . He is the former commander of the Lilliputian army who later becomes the general of the Blefuscians.
In April 2009, it was announced that O'Dowd was cast in a remake of Gulliver's Travels as General Edward Edwardian. "It's shooting in Pinewood from the end of April", he said, shortly after his participation was announced.
