Herman Boone logro cambiar la mentalidad tanto del equipo como el pueblo donde jugaban y supo manejar bien la situación en la que se estaban enfrentando. Mientras en el caso del otro entrenador mas conocido como Bill Yoast era todo lo contario el tenia una manera de liderar mas flexible.
