History. The Amateur Athletic Club or AAC was the predecessor of the Amateur Athletic Association (later renamed the Amateur Athletic Association of England) and from 1866 to 1879 was the de facto governing body for amateur athletics in the United Kingdom. The club was formed at the beginning of 1866 by some old University and London athletes.

5 de nov. de 2023 · 5 nov 2023. Amistoso entre un equipo de Goiztiri y el Shaolin Badgers. El entrenador de este peculiar club londinense, fan del Dulwich Hamlet, solicitó jugar un partido contra un combinado de la Fundación Athletic Club. El Shaolin Badgers es un club inglés muy especial.

Y dos días después, gran parte de este vestuario que Aritz Aduriz definió como «cuadrilla» ha viajado a Londres para celebrar los éxitos de este curso 2023-24.
The club's most notable footballers were F.H. Hartung, who also played for the Clapham Common Club and later joined the Wanderers, and the Chinnery brothers, who also played for the Amateur Athletic Club and the C.C.C. Stamford Bridge Years. In 1904 London Athletic Club moved to a new stadium and grounds at Stamford Bridge.
