Actor Bob Hoskins’ turn as businessman and London gangster, Harold Shand, was a figure of cult lore.

Without spoiling anything I'll just say that it's a phenomenal film. Bob Hoskins is great as a crime boss who's charisma almost distracts from the horrible things he says and does.
