Royal Hunt is known for creating melodic music with a progressive and symphonic flair. They experienced success during the mid-90s with American vocalist [3] D.C. Cooper on their albums Moving Target and Paradox mainly in Japan and Europe.
ROYAL HUNT released their new studio album – “Dystopia – Part 2” – on October 26th via King Records (Japan/SE Asia) and on October 28th via NorthPoint Productions (EU/N & S America).
Royal Hunt play highly orchestrated (the band leader, and only constant presence, is the keyboardist) power metal, with a couple of concept albums and epics that warrants its inclusion here. Actually it's amazing they are still around and haven't lost creative spark.

Royal Hunt es un grupo danés de metal progresivo formado en 1989 por el teclista André Andersen. Actualmente la banda la conforma, además de Andersen, D.C. Cooper (voz), Andreas "Jabo" Johansson (batería) , Andreas Passmark (bajo) y Jonas Larsen (Guitarra).
