At The ESL School at NYFA, students have the unique opportunity to learn English within an international visual and performing arts academic environment. With its creative and dynamic student body, The ESL School at NYFA blends the traditional foundations of English language learning with the arts.
The ESL School at NYFA offers high-quality intensive English classes, support, and guidance that help students achieve their language learning goals. Our experienced faculty combined with smaller class sizes give students that extra attention they need while also experiencing the exciting environment of a New York Film Academy campus.
Programs – The ESL School at NYFA. Programs & Workshops. INTENSIVE ENGLISH PROGRAM (IEP) Students in the Full-time Intensive English Program receive 20 hours per week of intensive English instruction, plus have the opportunity to attend optional elective classes and workshops.
In order to be fully accepted into NYFA, students must either complete Level 4 (Level 5 for MFA) at The ESL School at NYFA or receive a TOEFL iBT score of 68 (79 for MFA) or an IELTS score of 6.0 (6.5 for MFA).
