Sugarloaf Rock is a large craggy rock formation on the northern Cape, visible from the Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse. Enjoy the views, the facilities and the information boards at the new lookout, and watch out for the red-tailed tropic birds that nest there.
Whilst not as accessible as Canal Rocks, Sugarloaf Rock is worth visiting just for the sight of it protruding so far up from the ocean. As well as being a nesting place for a tropic bird it's visually stunning.
