21 de sept. de 2023 · There aren't really any ways to 'stack' FortiSwitches in the traditional way. If you are managing them from the FortiGate, they each need discrete IPs to talk to. 15 de dic. de 2022 · Before you push all your VLANs/SVIs to your FortiGate be aware that the FortiGate 80E will not handle nearly as much routing capacity as your existing 3750 stack. It will push a maximum of 4Gbps of pure routing/stateful firewalling for inter-VLAN routing.
26 de oct. de 2023 · If you have Cisco Stack then you can create LACP as below. FGT1 port1 and port2 lacp ---- SW gig1/0/1 and gig2/0/1. FGT2 port1 and port2 lacp ---- SW gig 1/0/2 and gig2/0/2. 15 de may. de 2023 · Fortiswitch stack. Hello i know that the fortiswitches can be managed in stand alone. As far i know there are fortiswitches that can be L3 switches, but can they stack? Right now we have a client that have switches of another brand which are stacked, but the client does not have a fortigate yet. They plan to have fortigates but that will be later.

Single FortiGate unit managing a stack of several FortiSwitch units. The FortiGate unit connects directly to one FortiSwitch unit using a physical or aggregate interface. The remaining FortiSwitch units connect in a ring using inter-switch links (that is, ISL). Optionally, you can connect a standby FortiLink connection to the last FortiSwitch unit.
