6 de feb. de 2020 · Remembering the late Gary Moore. Today is a day that I will never forget, when 9 years ago I received the shocking news that one of my biggest heroes Gary Moore had passed away. Gary was one of a kind and in my opinion the best all-around guitar player that has ever lived.
Moore has been cited as an influence by many notable guitarists, including Doug Aldrich, Joe Bonamassa, Vivian Campbell, Paul Gilbert, Kirk Hammett, John Norum, John Petrucci, John Sykes, and Zakk Wylde. In 2018, Moore was voted number 15 on Louder's list of "The 50 Best Guitarists of All Time".
