Jackie Curtis (February 19, 1947 – May 15, 1985) was an American actor, writer, singer, and Warhol superstar . Early life and career. Jackie Curtis was born John Curtis Holder Jr. in New York City to John Holder and Jenevive Uglialoro and had one sibling, half-brother Timothy Holder, who is an openly gay Episcopal priest.
Jackie Curtis (1947-1985) was a friend and collaborator of Andy Warhol and Paul Morrissey, and a prolific performer in theater, film and music. He was known for his drag roles, his plays, his poetry and his glamorous style.
