Era conocido por su relación con el chef italiano Gennaro Contaldo y su serie de televisión Two Greedy Italians en el canal BBC Two .

Se rellenan de pan, tomates madurados al sol, alcaparras, aceite de oliva, ajo y horneados hasta que los bordes de los pimentones se caramelizan. Un sabor fantástico.
