Hans Kollwitz (14 May 1892 – 22 September 1971) was a German epidemiologist, eldest son of artist Käthe Kollwitz. He obtained his degree in medicine and psychotherapy in 1928. [1]
Hans Kollwitz lost his post as a school physician for a short period. His house was searched by the police and books about his mother were confiscated. In the United States, Käthe Kollwitz’ popularity continued to rise.
