Aqa Ali Shah ( Persian: آقا علی شاه, romanized : Āqā ʿAlī Shāh; 1830–1885), known as Aga Khan II ( Persian: آغا خان دوّم, romanized : Āghā Khān Duwwūm ), was the 47th imam of the Nizari Isma'ili Muslims. A member of the Iranian royal family, he became the Imam in 1881.

Aga Khan II, fue el título de Aqa Ali Shah ; nacido en 1830 en Mahallat, Irán; fallecido en agosto de 1885 en Pune, India, el 47avo Imam de los musulmanes nizaríes ismaelíes. 17 de may. de 2024 · Aga Khan II (died August 1885, Poona, India) was the eldest son of Aga Khan I. In 1881 he succeeded his father as imam, or spiritual leader, of the Nizārī Ismāʿīlīte sect of Shīʿite Muslims, and, during his short imamate, sought to improve the conditions of the community.
