Leo Docherty (born 4 October 1976) is a British politician serving as Minister of State for the Armed Forces since 26 March 2024. A member of the Conservative Party, he has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Aldershot since 2017.
Leo Docherty is a Conservative MP for Aldershot and a Minister of State for Armed Forces in the Ministry of Defence. He has served in Iraq and Afghanistan with the Scots Guards and has travelled extensively across the Middle East and Central and South Asia.

21 de abr. de 2021 · Leo Docherty, a former British Army officer, has taken up the role of veterans minister and promised legislation soon to protect British troops who served in Northern Ireland from unfounded prosecutions. He said the government would also engage with Northern Ireland parties and the community on the way forward, after his predecessor Johnny Mercer resigned in protest.
