Shaun Donovan is an American government official and housing specialist who served as US Secretary of Housing and Urban Development and Director of the Office of Management and Budget under President Obama. He also worked as New York City HPD Commissioner, ran for Mayor of New York City in 2021, and became President and CEO of Enterprise Community Partners in 2023.
