William Lee Enyart, Jr. ( / ˈɛnjɑːrt /; born September 22, 1949) is an American General and politician who served as the U.S. representative for Illinois's 12th congressional district. A member of the Democratic Party, Enyart was elected on November 6, 2012, and assumed office on January 3, 2013.
