Henry Tang Ying-yen GBM GBS JP (Chinese: 唐英年; born 6 September 1952) is a Hong Kong politician who served as the Chief Secretary of Hong Kong between 2007 and 2011. He held the position of Financial Secretary from 2003 to 2007. In 2012, he lost the Hong Kong Chief Executive Election to Leung Chun-ying.

Mr Henry Tang is currently a Standing Committee Member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, President of The Légion d'Honneur Club Hong Kong Chapter and Chairman of the Shanghai Tang Junyuan Education Foundation.
A former industrialist and politician, Henry was Chief Secretary for Administration from 2007 to 2011. He has also served as Financial Secretary, chairman of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries and as a steward of the Hong Kong Jockey Club. He holds the Grand Bauhinia Medal.

Tang was an outstanding industrialist and won the Young Industrialist of Hong Kong award in 1989. He was named Global Leader for Tomorrow by the World Economic Forum in 1993. He was the Chairman of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries from 1995 to 2001 and was also a General Committee member of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce.
