  6. Jimmie Spheeris. Californian artist, born: 5 November 1949, Alabama, USA. Died: 4 July 1984. Spheeris was the son of a traveling carnival family who settled in Venice, California. After the death of his father, Spheeris then moved to New York City to develop a songwriting career.
