John Kirkland Reid (born August 21, 1973) is a British-Canadian country music artist. Reid moved to Canada in July 1989 when he was 16 from Scotland United Kingdom. His father, a diesel mechanic, wanted to give Reid and his brother opportunities he did not think they would have in Scotland.
