Gilombardos Giant Eagle used to have it. I always found Cotton Club soda at Marc's in the Cleveland area. Just yesterday I went looking for some at my local Marc's and I didn't find anything. The closest thing to Cotton Club 50/50 I did find (at Marc's) was Faygo 60/40! I bought a bottle to try.
