Neil Buchanan (born 11 October 1956) is an English artist, photographer, and musician, best known for his work on British children's television.
El británico fue creador, escritor, conductor y productor del ciclo desde su concepción hasta su cancelación en 2007. La idea original del programa se le ocurrió a Buchanan y a su compañero de la productora TVS Tim Edmunds.
