Charles Frederick Kitchens Jr. (born November 29, 1974) is an American football coach who is currently the tight ends coach and run game coordinator for the North Carolina Tar Heels. [1] . He has served as the head coach of the Cleveland Browns and an assistant coach for the New York Giants, Arizona Cardinals, and Dallas Cowboys of the NFL.
Freddie Kitchens was a football coach in the National Football League (NFL) from 2006 to 2021, finishing his career as the senior offensive assistant coach of the New York Giants. Over his sixteen years of coaching his teams compiled a cumulative win/loss record of 126-129-2.
