Arthur Rock (born August 19, 1926) is an American businessman and investor. Based in Silicon Valley, California, he was an early investor in major firms including Intel, Apple, Scientific Data Systems and Teledyne.

As the head of his own venture firm Arthur Rock & Co., Rock has remained among the most revered of the country’s venture capitalists. He is an active philanthropist and considers himself the good listener he has been throughout his career. “Success breeds success,” he said.
