Arshad Nadeem PP OLY (Punjabi / Urdu: ارشد ندیم; Punjabi pronunciation: [ˈɐrʃəd nɐˈdiːm]; born 2 January 1997) is a Pakistani javelin thrower. [1] He is the reigning Olympic and Commonwealth Games champion. He is also the current silver medalist in the World Athletics Championship.
