Tangaki Taulupe Faletau (born 12 November 1990), commonly known as Toby Faletau but professionally as Taulupe Faletau, is a Welsh professional rugby union player for Cardiff Rugby in the United Rugby Championship and has represented the Wales national team for over 10 years.

The Tongan-born back row - who initially came through the Dragons' academy - arrived at Cardiff Rugby in the summer of 2022, following six years with Bath. A three-times British and Irish Lions tourist, Faletau has played his part in three Six Nations title victories as he fast approaches a century of Test appearances.
Tangaki Taulupe Faletau became the first Pacific Islander to play for Wales in 2011 against the Barbarians. He moved to Wales aged seven when his father, 17-times capped Tongan international lock Kuli Faletau, joined Ebbw Vale.
