Harri Rovanperä (nacido el 8 de abril de 1966 en Jyväskylä, Finlandia) es un piloto de rallyes finlandés. Su principal copiloto fue Risto Pietilainen, aunque también corrió con Juha Repo y Voitoo Silander. Es el padre del actual piloto del Campeonato Mundial de Rally Kalle Rovanperä.
Harri "Rovis" Rovanperä (Finnish pronunciation: [ˈhɑrːi ˈroʋɑnˌperæ]; born 8 April 1966) is a Finnish rally driver who competed in the World Rally Championship from 1993 to 2006. He drove for SEAT ( 1997 – 00 ), Peugeot ( 2001 – 04 ), Mitsubishi ( 2005 ) and Red Bull Škoda Team (2006).
