Yuri Mefódievich Solomin (Ю́рий Мефо́диевич Соло́мин en idioma ruso) (Chitá, Unión Soviética, 18 de junio de 1935 - Moscú, Rusia, 11 de enero de 2024) [1] fue un actor, cineasta ruso y director artístico del Teatro Malyy de Moscú desde 1988.
Yury Mefodievich Solomin (Russian: Ю́рий Мефо́диевич Соло́мин; 18 June 1935 – 11 January 2024) was a Soviet and Russian actor and director who was an art director of the Maly Theatre in Moscow from 1988. He previously served as Minister of Culture of the RSFSR from 1990 to 1991.
Yuri Solomin is an acclaimed Russian stage and film actor and director, internationally best known for his work with director Akira Kurosawa in the leading role as Arseniev in Russian-Japanese film Dersu Uzala (1975).
