Kirill Alfredovich Pirogov (Russian: Кирилл Альфредович Пирогов; born 4 September 1973) is a Russian film and theatre actor and composer. He has appeared in more than twenty films since 1995. In 2005 he was made an Honoured Artist of the Russian Federation.

Kirill Pirogov is a distinguished artist of Russia, born in Iran and trained at the Shchukin Theater School. He has starred in films such as Heads and Tails and Brother 2, and directed plays such as The Madwoman of Chaillot and A Theatrical Novel at Pyotr Fomenko's Workshop Theater.
