17 de ago. de 2020 · Mark Refoy is a musician and songwriter known for his work as guitarist with ‘Spacemen 3,’ ‘Spiritualized,’ and the English synth-pop duo, ‘Pet Shop Boys,’ as well as recording and touring the world with his band, ‘Slipstream.’

Slipstream are an English indie rock band, not to be confused with the American band "The Slipstream". They were formed in 1994 after Mark Refoy left Spiritualized. Slipstream is Mark Refoy and Jonny Mattock. We both played in Spiritualized 1990-94. We had records out in the 90s on Che Records. We've subsequently had our music put out by Enraptured and Mind Expansion. Pete Gleadall has mixed 4 albums and 2 singles for us at his Hoedown City studio in London.
A third guitarist, Mark Refoy, had been recruited at the beginning of summer 1989, to play on later live dates and work on the next album. Refoy had been a friend of the band for several years, and had contributed to Kember's solo album.
